Cancellations and Refund Policy

Your appointments and classes are very important to me. I understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice. 

Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice:

A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method, subject to a small Booking Administration Fee to cover non-refundable platform costs:

• 50p for group classes

• £1 for 1:1 or private bookings/treatments)

Late Cancellations (under 24 hours, & No-Shows): 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance (No-Shows), are non-refundable. Because venue space and appointment times are reserved specifically for you, short-notice cancellations cannot be refilled.

Class & 1:1 Appointments Cancelled by Connected Flow: 

If a class or session needs to be cancelled due to teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as early as possible and offered the choice of a full refund (with no admin fees) or a transfer to a future date.
